APPOINTMENT POLICY

We encourage customers to make appointments in advance especially if they are requesting a specific technician. Please make your appointment online at www.polishnailbar.org. Due to the high volume of walk-in clients and the hopes to grow as a business, we do have an appointment policy. The last single service appointment we take is an hour before closing and the last double service appointment we take is about an hour and a half before closing. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you forfeit your appointment and will either need to reschedule or be treated as a walk-in client. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you but this is the only way to make things fair to both our technicians and our other client

CREDIT CARD VS. CASH

Polish Nail Bar encourages customers to pay in cash and tip their technicians in cash. A discount is applied to cash transactions and no credit card fee is applied to cash transactions. If a credit card is the form of payment used, then 2.9% surcharge will be applied to your total due to the high fee of credit card transactions.

We love having returning clients and to show our appreciation for our regulars we do offer a rewards system . Please ask a staff member if you have any other questions about our rewards systems!
