We encourage customers to make appointments in advance especially if they are requesting a specific technician. Please call the salon at 614-532-8581 or stop in to make an appointment. But, with the high volume of walk-in clients and the hopes to grow as a business, we do have an appointment policy. The last single service appointment we take is an hour before closing and the last double service appointment we take is about an hour and a half before closing. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you forfeit your appointment and will either need to reschedule or be treated as a walk-in client. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you but this is the only way to make things fair to both our technicians and our other clients.
CHILDREN IN THE SALON
We do offer services for children in our salon! However, we do ask for the safety of our technicians, other clients, and of your children that children who are not receiving a service are either kept with you at all times throughout the duration of your service or do not accompany you to your spa experience.
CREDIT CARD VS. CASH
Polish Nail Bar encourages customers to pay in cash and tip their technicians in cash. A discount is applied to cash transactions and no credit card fee is applied to cash transactions. If a credit card is the form of payment used, then 2% surcharge will be applied to your total due to the high fee of credit card transactions.
Polish Nail Bar does accept walk-in clientele and take our walk-ins in the order in which they ARRIVE at the salon. However, we always honor our appointments first! As a walk-in client if there are no appointments and staff members are available then we will get you in right away. However, if there are existing appointments or if all staff members are busy then we will gladly quote you a wait time and you can either come back later, wait in the salon while enjoying a cocktail, or schedule an appointment for a further date. Wait times that are quoted can NEVER be exact and are a rough estimate. You are also welcome to call ahead and try to squeeze into an appointment slot before arrival or ask the current wait time but your place in the walk-in line is determined WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE SALON. We take our last single service walk-in around forty-five minutes before closing and our last double service walk-in around an hour and a half before closing.
We love having returning clients and to show our appreciation for our regulars we do offer a rewards system. We offer both a punch card and a linked to an online rewards system through the CLOVER APP. If you choose to pay with a credit card, then you will receive a code that can be entered on the clover app in order to earn points towards twenty percent off of a service! If you pay in cash, then you will be given a punch card. Punches are given per visit and not per service. The rewards programs for credit card and for cash payments are equal and one will not get you the twenty percent off quicker than the other! Please ask a staff member if you have any other questions about our rewards systems!
If you are unsatisfied with your nails or your experience please do not hesitate to give us a call or stop in the salon, and we would be happy to remedy the situation. All complaints are looked at on a case by case basis. For nail fixes we are happy to fix nails up to a week after the service but, after that it may mean that you are due for another service instead of just a nail fix!
We do offer scheduling for larger groups and parties! However, in order to provide the best experience for your party and for our other customers we prefer that you make your appointment in advance. For parties of five or more we do request a fifty dollar deposit fee at the time of booking. We can take your credit card number down over the phone or you can come into the salon. We also will call a week before your appointment in order to confirm the EXACT services that each member of your party will be receiving so that we can assign the services to the proper technician.
