APPOINTMENT POLICY

We encourage customers to make appointments in advance especially if they are requesting a specific technician. Please make your appointment online at www.polishnailbar.org. Due to the high volume of walk-in clients and the hopes to grow as a business, we do have an appointment policy. The last single service appointment we take is an hour before closing and the last double service appointment we take is about an hour and a half before closing. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you forfeit your appointment and will either need to reschedule or be treated as a walk-in client. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you but this is the only way to make things fair to both our technicians and our other client

CREDIT CARD VS. CASH

Polish Nail Bar encourages customers to pay in cash and tip their technicians in cash. A discount is applied to cash transactions and no credit card fee is applied to cash transactions. If a credit card is the form of payment used, then 2% surcharge will be applied to your total due to the high fee of credit card transactions. 

REWARDS SYSTEM

We love having returning clients and to show our appreciation for our regulars we do offer a rewards system. We offer both a punch card and a linked to an online rewards system through the CLOVER APP. If you choose to pay with a credit card, then you will receive a code that can be entered on the clover app in order to earn points towards twenty percent off of a service! If you pay in cash, then you will be given a punch card. Punches are given per visit and not per service. The rewards programs for credit card and for cash payments are equal and one will not get you the twenty percent off quicker than the other! Please ask a staff member if you have any other questions about our rewards systems!
